SHIPPING POLICY

We ship our products across India. Once an order is placed it will be shipped within the next 24 hours. Orders, however are not shipped during Sundays and other national holidays.

Shipping Charges: We provide free shipping for the online payment and the rest of the orders will have a shipping charge of Rs. 40. The cost of shipping will be subjected to change from time to time without prior intimation. The shipping charges will always be reflected on the product page.

Estimated Delivery Time: The Biker Wish works towards quick delivery of products. Products usually are delivered within a week, however in certain non-serviceable areas it might take up to 2 weeks’ time depending on the location. We do not currently deliver to locations outside India.

Tracking Packages: Once an order has been shipped, customers can track the status of the order. Our shipping partner will provide a tracking ID which can be used for this purpose.

Non-availability During Delivery: After three failed attempts to reach the customer, the product will be returned back to our warehouse. We request customers to provide the right mobile number and delivery address to make the delivery process hassle-free.
