REFUND POLICY

The Biker Wish has a 7 - day return policy which means that customers have 7 days to return the product. After 7 days, they will not be able to create a return request.

The item has to be unused with the tag intact and in the original packing. Customers are also required to share the proof of purchase or the receipt. 

​

Return request can be started by contacting our team at thebikerwish@gmail.com. Once the request is accepted, customers will receive a return shipment label and will be instructed on how to return the package. Products returned without the initiation of the return request will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 

​

Customers are expected to inspect the order item after the delivery of the product and to contact our team immediately if the product is found to be defective or damaged or in the case of the delivery of a wrong item. Such issues will be immediately revolved by the team.

​

 

Exchanges 

​

Customers have the option to return items after placing a return request and then subsequently placing another new order for the new item.

 

 

Refunds 

​

We do not return money; instead, it is credited as shop credit, which can be used to purchase any of our products.
