    After the order has been shipped, a tracking ID will be mailed to your registered email address from our shipping partner. This ID can be used to track the status of your order.
  • How do I cancel my order?
    In case of order cancellation you can send an email to thebikerwish@gmail.com along with the order ID. The cancellation will be initiated by our team and the refund will be processed automatically within the next 24 hours. Orders placed using cash on delivery option are not eligible for cancellation.
  • My coupon code is not working. What do I do?

    The Biker Wish offers its customers with various payment options such as Indian debit and credit cards, net banking, UPI, wallets, etc.
  • Why is my product not delivered yet?
